The purpose of this role is to manage our internal inventory of documents and the inquiries that come as a result. We need the documents to be saved, renamed, and shared with the correct databases. Each document has information that is key in operating our business, it's important that we have the information in a timely & organized manner.

You're responsible for:

- Uploading our property walkthrough videos to Youtube & Facebook.

- Uploading the rental listing to Facebook Marketplace with the accurate listing details.

- Responding to inbound inquiries on Facebook marketplace.

- Reaching out to residents that get approved or declined.

- Create leases to be reviewed for approval

- Removing listings after they get occupied

- Update the CRM
